After completing her Bachelors degree in Law and subsequent Masters Degree in HR and Organizational development, Kim’s career has seen her occupy multiple senior / executive leadership positions in Human Resources and Talent Management across varied industries such as Retail, Engineering, Aerospace and FTSE 100 Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

With a corporate career over 20+ years that has seen Kim provide leadership across 4 continents (Europe, Africa, North America, South America) and having directly managed teams across multiple geographies, Kim brings a passion and expertise in leadership development, cross cultural communication and remote -team effectiveness.

This passion coupled with in depth coaching professional training ( ICF, ACTP Level 1) and personal experience of navigating global careers and organizations led to the founding of EIRI TALENT
